Our customers kept asking which sauna to get. So we made one.
I'm Sam from Saunom. Sauna owners have placed over 30,000 orders with us for hats, stones and buckets, and the question they asked most was which home sauna to get. We never had an answer we'd stand behind.
So we built one around what owners of cheaper cabins complain about: heat that stops at the waist, a plug that can't power it, and nobody answering. The price is on this page. You'll never have to talk to a salesperson, and if you have a question, you can email me.
Sam, Saunom
Hear first. Decide later.
Electricians can book up weeks ahead. Our emails include the install sheet, so you can line one up before it lands.
Nothing to reserve until you decide you want one.
What people ask most.
How hot does it get, and how fast?
You set it from 86 to 149 F. In our test it reached 149 F in 23 minutes, starting from a room at about 72 F (22 C). Sessions run 5 to 60 minutes.
Does it fit two adults?
Yes, side by side on one bench with a backrest: 47.3 in (120.2 cm) wide inside, measured. That's about 23 in each. It's a sitting sauna, so you can't lie down in it.
What does it cost to run?
It depends on your electricity price. It uses at most about 2 kWh an hour, so multiply that by your rate. At 17 cents per kWh, that's about 35 cents an hour.
Does the list commit me to anything?
Not at all. You get an email when reservations open, plus a few short emails with the details. No payment, no calls. Unsubscribe anytime.
Can I talk to someone first?
Reply to any of our emails and Sam answers himself. No pitch, just your questions.
How do I reserve one?
Reservations open in mid-November. A $100 deposit holds one of the first 10, and you can get it back anytime until you pay the balance.
What are the warranty and returns?
The heaters have a 6-year warranty and the woodwork a 1-year warranty. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we fix or replace it within 30 days. For any other return, you pay the return freight, and the cost of the free delivery comes off your refund. It ships from the East Coast, so the further west you are, the more that freight costs.
Is the red light inside red light therapy?
The red light is mood lighting: LED strips you can set to 7 colors. It isn't a red light therapy device.
Can it go outside?
This sauna is made for indoor use, on a dry, level floor.
Hear first when the first 10 open.
Heat at your back, sides, calves and feet. 149 F in 23 minutes. $3,999 for the first 10, then $4,999.
Free. No payment, no sales calls.
