A sauna hat creates a layer of insulation around your head, helping make high heat feel more comfortable while you stay in the sauna. Saunom hats are made for real sauna use, whether your sessions are traditional or infrared.

Choose the shape you will wear most comfortably, then check the individual product page for fit and material details. A good sauna hat should sit comfortably over the head without feeling tight or restrictive.

Follow the care instructions on the product page or product label. Let the hat dry fully between sessions and store it in a clean, dry place.

Start with your sauna heater's manual. It will specify the stone type, size, and amount suitable for your heater. Sauna stones should be stacked to allow airflow and inspected regularly for cracking or wear.
