Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy uses red and near-infrared wavelengths of light on the skin and body, usually with an LED panel you use at home. It's used as part of general wellness and recovery routines. These are lifestyle devices, not medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.

The main things are wavelengths, power output, and build quality. Look for panels that cover both red (around 630 to 660nm) and near-infrared (around 810 to 850nm), that publish their actual output at set distances, and that have proper cooling for longer sessions.
