Shipping
Where we ship
Saunom currently ships to addresses within the United States. Sauna doors ship to the lower 48 states only.
Shipping cost
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $49.99. Sauna doors are the exception: they ship by freight for a flat $249. Available shipping options and any applicable shipping charge are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery estimates
Most in-stock orders arrive within 2 to 6 days. Sauna doors ship by freight from our US warehouse and arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Sauna door delivery
The freight carrier delivers the crate to the curb or driveway and does not carry it inside. The crate is about 77 x 30 x 12 in and weighs about 110 lb, so have a second person ready. Inspect the crate, the glass and the frame before you sign.
Shipping delays
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays after an order has been handed to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Return requests are reviewed case by case and must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item. Eligible requests include items damaged on delivery, incorrect items, or shipments lost in transit that cannot be re-shipped.
To begin a return request, email support@saunom.com with your proof of purchase. For damaged or incorrect items, include your order number, clear photos of the item, and photos of the packaging and shipping label when available.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return has been received and inspected. For the complete eligibility, exclusions, and refund terms, read our Refund Policy.
Red light panel (EW300 Pro)
The EW300 Pro can be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason. It has to come back complete and undamaged. You pay return shipping, unless the panel arrived damaged or faulty or we sent the wrong item; then we send you a prepaid return label.
The panel has a 2-year limited warranty: if it has a defect in materials or workmanship, we repair or replace it. Drops, misuse and use in a sauna or steam room are not covered.
Sauna doors
Sauna doors are not returnable for fit or change of mind, so measure your rough opening before you order. If a door arrives damaged, write it on the delivery receipt before signing, take photos, and email support@saunom.com with your order number within 5 business days of delivery. We will replace the door or refund you.
Every door has a 1-year limited warranty that covers defects in the hinges, handle, roller catch, gasket and frame. Glass broken by impact or during installation is not covered.
